Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of Thailand who are at least eighteen (18) years old as of date of entry. Employees of Helmet Heroes Thailand, its affiliates, subsidiaries, promotion and advertising agencies, and members of their immediate families are not eligible to participate.

Winner Selection and Notification

Winners will be selected in weekly random drawings from all eligible entries received. Winners will be notified within five (5) business days following each drawing via the contact information provided at entry. Winners must respond within three (3) days of notification or prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.

General Conditions

  • By participating, entrants agree to these Official Rules and Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding.

  • Winners may be required to sign and return documentation confirming eligibility and compliance with these rules.

  • Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein.

  • Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes.

  • Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud or technical failures compromise the integrity of the Sweepstakes.

Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with this Sweepstakes will be used in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy and Thai data protection laws.

Overview/Sweepstakes Period

The Helmet Heroes Thailand Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") begins on February 14, 2025, at 8:00:01 a.m. Thailand Standard Time ("TST") and ends on August 31, 2025, at 11:59:59 p.m. TST ("Sweepstakes Period").

Prize Details

Multiple cash prizes ranging from 500-2,500 baht will be awarded weekly to randomly selected winners throughout the Sweepstakes Period. The number of prizes awarded each week will depend on total entry volume.

How to Enter

To enter, scan the QR code displayed on Helmet Heroes Thailand promotional materials. The QR code will direct you to the official sweepstakes website. Follow all prompts and instructions to complete your entry.

Limit nine hundred ninety-nine (999) entries per person during the Sweepstakes Period. All entries must be received by 11:59:59 PM TST on August 31, 2025.
