Helmet Heroes Foundation · Pattaya / Chonburi (Field & Office)
This is a "Lead from the Front" role for a versatile Thai native who sees being part of an organisation dedicated to protecting the future of Thailand as their greatest lifetime opportunity. You'll be the Founder's right hand — managing high-level communications with Sponsors, Police, and Schools, capturing field video content, representing Helmet Heroes at government meetings, and keeping the operation running at startup speed.

Record a 60-second video in mixed Thai and English. Introduce yourself and tell us: why are you the right person to help protect the future of Thailand and the Helmet Heroes mission?
Lead school fundraising campaigns end-to-end. You'll own relationships with school coordinators, drive helmet targets, and manage the full donation pipeline from launch to distribution day.
Grow our audience and turn followers into donors. Run campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. Create content that makes people stop scrolling and actually give a damn.
Shoot and edit mission content — distribution days, school stories, social reels. Your work will inspire thousands of donors. A strong portfolio and emotional storytelling ability is a must.
Own our corporate and major donor strategy. Build relationships with businesses, CSR teams, and grant-makers. You'll be responsible for unlocking the large funding that takes us from thousands to millions of helmets.
